Often there are too many maintenance tasks to be handled manually. Ambition IT has developed a Planned Maintenance Database Solution which enables you to keep track of all maintenance for your installations and machines. This database presents you with an overview of all upcoming maintenance tasks.

Besides the planned maintenance tasks you are able to record your repairs and the use of spare parts in the PM Database.

The Planned Maintenance database can be used on board a ship to perform a number of tasks, which include:

• view the maintenance plan for the upcoming period
• enter maintenance week reports
• enter repair data
• order spare parts
• view maintenance history
• view spare part history

In the offices ashore the Planned Maintenance database can be used for the same purposes, except entering the actual maintenance and repair data.
